experiences. My primary focus is on building strong therapeutic relationships with my
clients based on trust, compassion and safety as the foundation for positive growth and
change. I use a non-pathologising approach and see you as the most powerful change-
agent in your own life. My goal is to understand your needs and collaborate with you to create a flexible and tailored approach unique to you.

I draw on a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including: cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), internal family systems therapy (IFS), and Schema Therapy. I also utilise mindfulness, existential and somatic therapies where appropriate. Some of the areas I work with include: anxiety, depression, bereavement (including ambiguous loss), interpersonal concerns, chronic health issues, body image concerns, and difficulties with self-esteem.
